Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any refunds after payment for an order has been made. 


If you have received a wrong item or a defective product, do write to us at contact@heyalbie.com within 5 days upon receiving your order. For wrong items delivered, we will endeavour to resend the correct order within 30 days after confirmation of details with you.


For defective or damaged items, we will review the defects on a case by case basis. Please note that we are unable to accept any requests for exchange after 30 days from date of purchase.
